Formerly “The Kingsway Theater”, the majestic Art Deco palace seated 2,200 patrons, was thoughtfully repositioned in 2002 to accommodate the retail demand at the hot-corner of Coney Island Avenue and Kings Highway. Jenel was responsible for the ground up development and the property is now home to Walgreens, Verizon Wireless, and Touro College.
