Nothing defines Southern charm quite like King Street. The pedestrian-friendly sidewalks, chic boutiques, antique shops, three-story brick and stucco buildings only bolsters its position as one of the country’s “Top 10 Shopping Streets” according to U.S. News and World Report. In 2015 Jenel amassed a portfolio of historic properties which is now known as The King Street Collection. Jenel was responsible for renovating the buildings and leasing up the retail spaces. The Collection is comprised of six building all located on the same block containing a mix between retail and residential luxury units. The Collection hosts renowned retailers including Savanna Bee Company, Club Monaco, Gap, Sephora, J. Crew and Marine Layer.
